We can help to make your system stable and healthy by doing a complete system clean up. Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues can often be complex and requires cause and effect understanding within the system. We have a wide experience and background to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of issues.
Our service can be performed remotely or in-person (in our office, your home, or your office). This remote service is performed via a highly encrypted connection ensuring confidentiality and prevents others from seeing into your system--much like online banking.
We also offer yearly contract packages affectionately called Remote Systems Management, or {RSM}. These packages have become highly popular for both residential and small businesses. These packages provide 24/7 system monitoring--we can ensure your system processes, hard drive, memory, etc is running nominally. We are alerted to any isses with these systems based on rules and monitors as to help prevent future issues. It's like having your own professional IT support staff at your side!
Residential: {RSM}
The residential package offers 3 support calls per month, an hour each call, or a total of 3 hours support per month. We provide desktop & file sharing and personal remote control for FREE. But to make it even better, these packages provide a Theft Recovery assistance in the event your computer is stolen! Unlimited support is available for an additional $20 per month.
Commercial: {RSM}
The commercial package provides unlimited support calls per month! Business, and the ability to continue functionality, is vital to any business. With unlimited support, we provide for you the support you need. Theft Recovery assistance is provided and includes file/document recovery as well--secretly recover those precious documents without the thief knowing.
Ever wonder what software is installed on your staff/company computers? We can provide for you reports to help with software compliance.
FREE add-ons inlcude:
- VPN gives your staff the ability to work from home with the same network resources as if they were on-site.
- Web Conference/Presentation allows others to see your desktop. Simply send a web link allowing them limited access to your screen; it's that easy!
- Upon request, each staff can be given their own remote control access to their computer. This allows them access to their work computer from anywhere and any computer.
Military: {RSM}
Active Military can take part in these packages as well; but with up to $200 savings! Each active military person can take advantage of the Residential Package at a discount...and then get a second package for their spouse at the same price!! No matter where you are in the world, 3 Peaks Computers will have the ability to monitor and support your system while connected to the internet.
BUILDING:
Need help with that new computer? We can help you purchase your new computer, transfer your pictures, documents, music, etc., set up your email account, and make sure securities are in place. Our goal is to make that new computer feel comfortable and reliable.
Designer or work with high-end CAD designs? Do you require an extremely high-end computer or have extreme demands on your system? We can custom build a monster for your very needs! Some machines we've custom built in the past have saved our clients thousands! [One CAD computer we built saved our client nearly $3,000! If bought online, the same computer would have cost him over $8,000!!]
If you don't need a high-end machine, often the best answer is to let us help you find the right machine, order it, transfer the data, and get you up and running. Our rates are VERY affordable.
EDUCATING:
We have slowly begun doing classes and workshops to help people with their computers. Out latest workshop was "How to Buy a Computer". We estimate the average person today will buy slightly more computers, in their life-time, than cars. Technology changes happen so frequently that keeping up with the latest and greatest is nearly impossible.
Other classes/workshops to come include Microsoft Office® products, cleaning up your system, virus removal, and how to build your own computer. [Building your own computer can provide huge savings. For example, a $1200 computer could be built for only $600!]
We feel, to truly provide our best service to our community (near and far), we need to help educate on safety and use of the computer. Too often, IT technicians say, "that guy simply shouldn't own a computer." We want to educate you so they can't say that about you!
