Theft Recovery Assistance is also included with these packages! When your system is stolen, we will watch for it to come online again. When it does, we can recover your important data while giving updated reports to the authorities to assist in the recovery.

VPN connection allows you to connect to network resources as if you were right there on the network. This is a great solution for home office staff and staff that frequent traveling.

Desktop Sharing (Web Conference/Presentation) allows others to see your desktop. This is a great tool for presentations without the expense of a conference room, projectors, or travel.

REMOTE SUPPORT

Remote support is an affordable way to have your computer serviced. Hourly rates are reduced since we are able to work on several machines at one time. Besides, this allows for flexible repair as staff are on the road or throughout the evening.

This support is provided via an encrypted connection. This means the connection between your computer and our technician is protected by a complex algorithm that only our technicians computer and your computer know. This also means, outsiders, hackers, and sniffers are not able to watch or see into your system! This is much like the same type of protection your local bank might for online banking.

You can download and install the application here. With the password you enter, you have protected your system from even our technicians accessing your system. For us to gain access, we must know the password entered on the system. When finished you can simply change the password to ensure security!

About 90% to 95% of service/repair can be completed remotely. Most "systems critical" issues can be resolved remotely. This might be the best, and quickest, response for you or your company.

SUPPORT

We are able to service your computer, physically, in our office(s), your home, or your office. Some jobs simply need hands on! To make best use of our time, we suggest that your system is brought into our office. This can also save you money; as we sit in your home/office, we must bill for every minute we are there--often waiting for the computer to finish a scan. When the system is in our office, we can start the computer working on a task, work on another job, and then adust your bill for time.

Bugs and other maliciousware is often the cause of many issues we see in our office today! Many times, a good system cleanup is the answer to solving that annoyance.

Having trouble installing that piece of hardware. Maybe you don't know exactly where it goes or how to get it hooked up. Our technicians know the in's and out's of the system to help with this very issue.

Software installation scares some. Let us take that burden from you and we'll install it for you. This can often be done remotely so you don't have to bring the computer into us.
